上次3月喺東京食過燒鳥之後回咪無窮,我哋決定再下一城,去依間得到米芝蓮推薦嘅白金酉玉本館食更加刁鑽嘅燒鳥串燒🍢!.點解話佢哋係更加刁鑽呢?因為白金酉玉本館岀名食稀少部位嘅燒鳥串燒,砂肝、雞尾、提燈依啲全屬小兒科!我哋分別就點咗10串套餐(3058 円 稅抜) 同12串套餐(3938円 稅抜),再另外單點串燒。套餐入面嘅串燒屬於ᴏᴍᴀᴋᴀsᴇ形式,視乎當日雞肉嘅供應情況,所以就算再去都未必一模一樣。.(🌟為推薦菜式).芥末雞胸唔知關唔關第一串事,我哋兩個都覺得火候差啲,雞胸無上次食嗰間武ちゃん嘅咁ᴊᴜɪᴄʏ。.雞腎好爽脆,唔錯。.雞尾上次發誓唔再食雞尾嘅我哋,又硬住頭皮食咗串,食落又無上次咁油膩,但我哋下次都係同師傅講唔食雞尾先🤣。.🌟醬油燒雞肝👩🏻好喜歡食醬油燒雞肝,醬汁甜甜嘅好開胃,雞肝滑溜溜,口感好正。.🌟提燈👩🏻特登預約嘅時候ʀᴇᴍᴀʀᴋ咗預留提燈,提燈其實係是雞嘅卵巢和未孵化的蛋。卵巢食落就無乜特別,重點在於兩粒蛋黃,放落口一咬就爆晒汁,有淡淡蛋黃味道,好有趣,嚟到日本食燒鳥必試!.🌟雞肋骨 (?)我哋唔太肯定依串係咩,入面有些少軟骨,所以我哋估係雞肋骨啲ғʀᴅ,只有12串套餐先有,所以我哋ᴇɴᴄᴏʀᴇ咗一次。.🌟雞肝鍾意食內臟嘅👩🏻都好鍾意食依個雞肝,口感似返平時我哋食開嗰啲。.🌟杏鮑菇燒得好香,好好味,但份量就少咗啲。.🌟三色蕃茄仔由未成熟晒,青色嘅蕃茄仔到紅色,最後橙色。味道由酸到甜,好有驚喜,都係12串套餐先有。.銀杏👩🏻都好鍾意食燒銀杏,但都係印象中嘅武ちゃん燒得比較香同煙韌。.🌟ᴏʏsᴛᴇʀ ᴍᴇᴀᴛ係雞腿同雞下背部之間嘅兩個凹槽中間,有啲似生蠔🦪,每隻雞只有兩塊!食落嫩滑又有雞肉味,好食!.燒雞翼雞翼sɪᴢᴇ比較細,食落有啲唔夠喉,同埋都係火候差啲,我哋都係認為中環嘅京都一串完勝。.🌟鵪鶉蛋以為佢只係平凡嘅鵪鶉蛋就錯啦!入面蛋黃竟然燒得半熟,仲流心,好正。.🌟蘆筍師傅切出最嫩嘅部位,完全無渣,好食。.🌟一品醬汁燒豆腐日本醬汁加埋鰹魚絲已經無得輸,日本豆腐豆味重,外脆內軟,好味。.總結,每人$𝟰𝟬𝟬依個價位嚟講,質素還好,唔算性價比高。雖然的確有好多稀少部位提供,但燒鳥串燒嘅火候就唔係好夠,反而其他配菜唔錯。如果大家想試平靚正、性價比高,又𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹嘅燒鳥,我哋都係比較推薦銀座嘅武ちゃん。…Read More

我哋一早就ᴘʟᴀɴ咗食炸豬排,本來亦諗住喺成藏同@ᴛᴏɴᴋᴀᴛsᴜ.ᴊᴘ之間揀一間,但成藏需要提早一兩個星期預先喺官網預約,仲未諗好邊日食炸豬排嘅我哋,就諗住去到日本🇯🇵先算,好好彩最後都ʙᴏᴏᴋ到@ᴛᴏɴᴋᴀᴛsᴜ.ᴊᴘ!.我哋當日就ʙᴏᴏᴋ咗晚餐嘅時間去食,舖頭細細哋,燈光明亮,睇落都幾舒適同高級。喺餐廳岀面等嘅時候,店員就已經拎咗英文ᴍᴇɴᴜ俾我哋先落單,減少等候嘅時間,ᴍᴇɴᴜ上有紅色豬仔頭嘅就係當日提供到嘅新鮮豬扒,後面亦有唔少版面介紹唔同產地嘅豬隻。.用餐之前,客人可以一直望住廚師點樣料理眼前嘅豬扒,由上粉漿到炸豬扒嘅流程都可以睇晒,好有ᴏᴍᴀᴋᴀsᴇ嘅感覺。.ᴘᴏʀᴋ ʟᴏɪɴ ᴛᴏɴᴋᴀᴛsᴜ ᴍᴇᴀʟ 180ɢ ¥3490 (¥2190-¥5490ʏᴇɴ,視乎當日豬隻供應)👩🏻就揀咗來自北海道嘅厚切豬里脊🥩肉,每塊豬扒嘅食 肉質呈粉紅色,食落外皮酥脆,塊塊都爆晒肉汁,好有豬味。不過就略嫌豬里脊肉側有嚿肥膏,食落嘅口感較明顯煙韌,難𡁻少少,但一齊放落口,整體口感就會好ʙᴀʟᴀɴᴄᴇ。.ʀɪʙ ᴇʏᴇ ᴛᴏɴᴋᴀᴛsᴜ ᴍᴇᴀʟ 230ɢ ¥6990(¥2690-¥6990,視乎當日豬隻供應)👨🏽本來想揀黑毛豬定食,但當日好快就賣晒,所以如果想有多啲選擇,ʙᴏᴏᴋ早啲嘅時間可能比較好。最後👨🏽就揀咗最貴嘅茨城縣豬扒。最貴嘅豬肉眼扒果然名不虛傳,先前👩🏻嗰款都已經好有肉味,但依款肉眼扒嘅豬肉味仲更加濃,口感同樣外脆內軟,啖啖爆汁,廚師仲俾咗特別嘅鹽片👨🏽去帶出豬肉嘅鮮味。雖然肉眼睇落有幾層唔同嘅肉同肥膏,但反而肥肉部分無豬里脊肉咁明顯。.總結一下,👨🏽就覺得依餐係我哋今次東京之旅最有驚喜同最好味嘅一餐,估唔到日本🇯🇵嘅炸豬扒真係好食成咁,豬有豬味🤣,唔會好似香港嘅豬扒咁有雪味,吉列皮輕身得嚟又脆薄,配埋甜甜嘅日本椰菜同白飯已經好滿足😍。…Read More

Foodastics第一個外地食評🍽 唔知大家疫情後第一次外遊去咩地方呢?我哋就選擇咗去日本東京🇯🇵 !.我哋第一日就搭凌晨機到東京羽田機場,大概清早6:00抵達豐洲市場,諗住排到豐洲市場最出名嘅壽司大啦,但當日星期六,原來6:00到都唔夠早,去到已經派晒飛啦!我哋即刻衝去大和壽司🍣,都係出名食omakase嘅!.(🌟為推薦菜式).Omakase (7貫握壽司、鐵火卷、玉子燒)¥5500.🌟赤身 - 第一件已經令我哋驚豔,一放入口鮮味已經衝晒出嚟,雖然唔會話係入口即融,但都足以令我哋回味無窮。.🌟魷魚 - 喺香港唔會食到嘅味道,唔會乾爭爭或者難𡁻,以前唔會用肥美嚟形容魷魚🦑,但依件真係可以話係肥美!.🌟牡丹蝦 - 兩個字形容到! 新鮮!絕對無腥味!.🌟海膽 - 都係新鮮!雖然細細嚿壽司,但啲海膽鮮味喺口入面𠺘吓𠺘吓,好正!.🌟中拖羅 - 同啱先食嗰嚿吞拿魚有分別,中拖羅更加肥美🤤.油甘魚 - 我哋本身都麻麻哋白身魚刺身,但味道幾好嘅!.🌟小卷 (吞拿魚蓉、三文魚子mix魷魚) - 全部都好味,👩🏻就最鍾意三文魚子mix魷魚,魷魚煙煙韌韌,配埋爆汁嘅三文魚子,勁正!.玉子燒 - 本來食咗六貫,👩🏻都唔係太飽肚,食埋依個玉子卷就差唔多啦!.星鰻 - 第七貫,相比起之前嘅魚生,星鰻就無咁特別。亦都係👩🏻嘅最後一件壽司🍣啦!.👨🏽‍🦱又點會係依個時候停止餵食佢自己嘅胃呢? 佢就加咗兩貫壽司俾自己。.🌟帶子 - 👨🏽‍🦱一直見到前面嘅帶子就好想食,我哋懷疑依個係餐廳嘅策略,放喺面前嗰啲都唔會喺omakase入面🤣,於是👨🏽‍🦱就加咗帶子,帶子好鮮甜,啖啖肉。.🌟赤貝 - 喺香港好難搵到咁大塊嘅赤貝,開晒花咁好靚,食落爽口彈牙👍🏻。.整體體驗都唔錯,我哋當日都排咗兩個鐘左右。可能多遊客嚟豐洲市場,師傅都識以上魚生嘅中文,每次上壽司嘅時候都逐件話俾我哋聽依件係啲咩🤭。除咗遊客,其實都有好多日本人嚟排隊㗎。喺日本嚟講,都算係又平又新鮮嘅壽司,性價比高。…Read More

👨🏽極力推薦嘅一餐,係位於銀座嘅燒鳥店—— 武ちゃん。我哋都係上日本網tabelog見到評分3.54,連ig都好少外地人食過,就膽粗粗去等舖頭開門,16:30咗右未開門就已經有幾個日本人排緊隊,我哋即刻就唔執輸跟住排啦🤪。17:00就準時入到去,舖頭仔細細,但睇得出係家族經營生意,雖然佢哋未必識好多英文,但大廚、侍應個個都好親切🥰。幫襯依啲本地local去開嘅餐廳,最驚就雞同鴨講,好彩餐牌有英文,大家可以選擇8串燒鳥set(3500yen)或者5串燒鳥set (2500yen),然後再單點想食嘅嘢。一場嚟到,就梗係試多啲串燒啦,我哋就揀咗8串燒鳥set🤤。.8串燒鳥set(3500yen) 一坐低,侍應就會奉上雞湯、沙律同蘿蔔泥,特別嘅係依度會俾雞湯,而唔係味增湯,唔知係咪燒鳥店都係咁嘅呢?👩🏻覺得個雞湯拉高咗依餐飯嘅期待值😚。.鹽燒雞肉丸子師傅採用最純粹嘅煮法,雞肉丸子只用鹽花調味,入面仲有啲雞軟骨,好有口感,中間仲有一粒鵪鶉蛋,好味😋。.鹽燒雞胸肉配wasabi雞胸肉唔會乾柴,好juicy,wasabi吊味。.雞心、雞肝配芝麻醬店員落單時有問過我哋食唔食內臟,如果選擇食就無得事後更改,我哋就梗係咩都要試吓啦!雞心,肝好juicy,質感有少少粉粉哋,但配埋醬汁,完全唔覺得奇怪,仲幾好食添!.味增鴨肉配紫蘇葉👩🏻超級推介🌟,鴨肉用味增醃製過後,再配上灑上表面嘅紫蘇葉,紫蘇葉嘅份量不多不少,而且師傅將紫蘇葉切成細絲,味道超有層次感,中間仲有京蔥,非常解膩,特別要提下依度嘅京蔥燒到爆晒汁,完全無青澀味,唔鍾意京蔥嘅👩🏻都食晒落肚啦🤰🏻。.鹽燒鴨腿肉依然係燒得好嫩滑,鴨肉大大嚿,好味。.雞皮之前喺中環京都一串食嘅雞皮係脆卜卜,我哋都好鍾意食,同埋印象深刻,以為依度嘅都一樣,但原來完全唔同!依度嘅雞皮串得密密麻麻,完全唔似雞皮,老實講,睇落就有啲油淋淋嘅感覺,雖然食落係有啲油膩,但係食落就煙煙韌韌,有爆汁嘅感覺,係一個好啱飲酒嘅下酒菜。👩🏻就覺得依度嘅燒雞皮好特別,不過👩🏻就怕肥,食完好有罪惡感🤣,雖然👩🏻比較喜歡京都一串嗰種好似薯片嘅燒雞皮,不過依個都好值得一試!.鹽燒手羽先依然都係燒得好juicy,好味。食到第七串,客人就會睇吓需唔需要加單,師傅仲會將當日嘅daily special貼喺身後嘅雪櫃上面,可惜我哋唔識日文,但好好彩隔離嘅日本客人主動用英文問我哋需唔加單,最後就幫我哋加咗鹽燒雞腿肉(唔記得影相)同雞尾🤣。.雞尾 ポンジリ我哋本身其實都唔知點咗啲咩,食落feel到有好多油脂爆出,有口感,唔係好食得慣😂,再查個日文後尾先知道係雞屁股🍑,唔怪得咁肥美啦!但一啲怪味都無,大家一場嚟到都可以試吓🤭。.銀杏 最後一串就係銀杏,即係我哋叫嘅白果。師傅會將銀杏燒到焦黑,再去除表面嘅衣。銀杏食落完全唔係平時腐竹白果糖水嗰種口感,而係煙煙韌韌,好有𡁻口,亦都為我哋依餐畫上完美嘅句號。.依餐係我哋兩個今年3月喺東京最滿意嘅一餐,武ちゃ唔係啲咩米芝蓮,但係係我哋今次東京之行入面最有人情味同最貼地嘅餐廳🥹。雖然言語不通,但每次食完向師傅豎起手指公,佢都會好靦腆咁講多謝,氛圍好輕鬆好開心。最後有少少遺憾嘅就係👩🏻一直好想試提燈,但唔識日文唔識叫😭,下次去食燒鳥一定要做好準備🥹,食過嘅朋友都可以留言話我哋咩味🥲。.Follow us on Instagram: Foodastics…Read More
