If you are wondering where has the best Tonkotsu Ramen in Tokyo, you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot. This tiny shopfront in Shinjuku, dishes out (pun intended) the thickest, heaviest, creamiest Tonkotsu broth made from Pig Skulls.
