這家店就在鹿兒島中央站旁邊，我們去那天下著傾盆大雨，店裏沒什麼客人。店員服務態度很好，我們不懂日文所以拿來了英文菜單。點了套餐已包含黑豚與和牛，大約港幣350一個人，價錢合理肉的質素也很好。

這家店的位置就在鹿兒島中央站附近的橫街裏，用Google Map不難找。我們雖然不懂日文，但店員也都熱情招呼，也樂意介紹當日特色給我們。店內氣氛不錯，各種肉類的選擇多，品質很好。也碰巧有香港人來吃，下次如果再來鹿兒島，一定會再來一次。

華味鳥-是一集團式餐廳，有多間分店在福岡。 雖然是連鎖式，但裝修，服務十分好。 當日同太太在沒有訂座下，依然好彩不用等就可以安排入座。二人卡位，有木板分隔走廊，私穩度非常高。附有中文menu。 當晚點了兩個5000yen 餐。 分別有前菜三小碟/雞刺身/炸雞及雞煱。 前菜都是一般開胃菜。 雞刺身有輕輕煙薰過，帶微微咸香。 炸雞就外脆，內裹雞肉依然嫩滑多汁。 之後服務員就準備雞煱，會先給你一杯雞湯，雞湯清甜。接下來就為你放下雞件到湯煱，雞味重，嫩滑，亦有幾件內臟，十分新鮮，最後炊飯，飯給接了湯的精華，再飽也不能錯過。 還有雞蛋布甸作為甜品，十分滿足。

Sanrio was collaborating with JS burgers that time and Kuromi was one of their main features. I decided to try the burger and milkshake featuring Kuromi.  The milkshake came first. Kuromi was on it and it was so cute. The vanilla flavor could be a bit stronger but overall it was good. The burger came. Initially, I thought it would be the strawberry that was strange but turned out it was the sauce on top as it was quite salty even with the milkshake and the strawberries inside the burger. All I can say is when I was eating this burger, I kept repeating "I love Kuromi" in my mind.

Douce Nucca is a great spot to relax and enjoy some tasty food with a view of Kusasenri. The beef Hamburg made with signature Japanese beef was juicy and flavorful. The crispy fries and fried chicken were a perfect accompaniment to the meal. It's always nice to find a quiet and relaxing spot during a day tour, and Douce Nucca seems to fit the bill perfectly.

I recently dined at GohGan, a fusion restaurant in 010 Building (a new and chic place opposite the Fukuoka Canal City) combining French and Indian cuisine from chefs Goh and Gaggan. Their signature dish, "Black and White," consists of onion crème, charcoal mousse, and urchin. The combination of flavors creates a unique and delicious taste experience. The restaurant also offers terrace seating with a view of the river and plans to host pop-up events with other chefs. Here are some other recommended dishes: - "Hakata Goh rimon" - a Japanese-style egg custard with foie gras and truffle - "lobster bisque" - slow poached lobster in Tom yum soup, a perfect bringing out of the freshness and sweetness of lobster Of course, the menu at GohGan changes regularly, so you might want to check their latest offerings. 午餐有lunch set 亦有單點。lunch set 有魚生天婦羅set、豐後牛set 、天婦羅set，另外有我今次點既牛肉飯、鰻魚飯。榻榻米房有兩張枱（有privacy 有屏風相隔），最好先預約😘，否則坐普通枱都同樣舒適。Staff 非常友善！ 食物是應有嘅水準，好有儀式感！喜歡豐後牛嘅朋友必要試牛肉飯，肉汁鮮嫩、油脂平均😋😋😋 Set lunch 有飯、麵豉湯、黑糖雪糕😍🥰😘 餐廳位置亦相當不錯！離JR站步行5-10分鐘，見到小鳥居就沿路轉入去！

每次到訪博多，從機場到博多駅，必先㴝到這店，嘗一嘗日本拉麵，回味回味。 地點超方便，就在博多駅相連嘅地下街。傳統嘅售賣機，看圖識字，有拉麵（黑、紅），配餐加左一份餃子。湯底濃郁豚肉味，叉燒有肉汁（這是讚！完全唔乾），最後溏心蛋簡直大滿足！餃子是細細粒的，煎得香脆啱啱好！另外，可配紫菜飯、汽水（例如懷舊嘅樽裝可樂）！配菜當然有芝麻、五香粉、醃菜，係欠了蒜蓉。就是這樣，每間拉麵店有自己嘅味道同特色！ 店內氣氛好好！隔離坐左本地上班族、對面學生，傾吓偈、食杯，的確熱鬧！
