I recently dined at GohGan, a fusion restaurant in 010 Building (a new and chic place opposite the Fukuoka Canal City) combining French and Indian cuisine from chefs Goh and Gaggan. Their signature dish, "Black and White," consists of onion crème, charcoal mousse, and urchin. The combination of flavors creates a unique and delicious taste experience.
