在網上隨意找到的壽司店,好像是有其他分店是米芝連,這天來到表參道吃這間迴轉壽司,餐廳不是在大街裡,在橫街裡,有幾個人在等候,但都很快就可以入座了,大概十分鐘。餐廳裝修挺華麗的,用平板點餐很方便,而且中文、英文、日文、韓文,也有附上圖片,點餐很方便容易。坐在吧枱可以看到師傅現握壽司,店內洋溢着壽司醋氣味。全部壽司都很新鮮,魚很鮮味,飯有壽司醋酸味,不會太硬或太冰冷。茶碗蒸和麵豉湯也很足料,茶碗蒸有三文魚子有蟹肉,麵豉湯有魚有肉,魚味很濃。小食炸雞也很香脆。整體都很好食,服務好,環境好,只是價錢略貴。

After class, my colleague and I went to this kaiten sushi resto recommended by our program mate to celebrate happy Friday! .I ordered the following sushi:-Squid SushiThe squid was chewy, firm and smooth. -Homemade Kohada SushiIt had a buttery texture and a subtly sour taste. -Blackfin Seabass Sushi Soft with a sweet aftertaste, squeezing lemon over it elevated its freshness. -Raw Salmon Sushi*2They were tender, succulent and savoury, esp with soy sauce. -Hokkaido Snow Crab SushiIt tasted briny and slightly salty, topped with a bit of crab paste. -Medium Fatty Yamayuki Bluefin Tuna Sushi The tuna was substantial, sweet and rich in umami, melting in your mouth upon consumption. -Red Shrimp Sushi The red shrimp was fulfilling and fresh. Its half-transparent appearance enhanced its appeal. My colleague also ordered Sea Urchin Sushi, Sweet Shrimp Sushi and Tempura. The plate serving the sea urchin sushi looked quite fancy, and the tempura was crispy. .Despite the restaurant usually having a long queue, we were fortunate that night to wait for only around five minutes before being seated..The sushi selection was diverse and all orders were placed using a touchscreen. After ordering, the sushi items were put on the conveyor belt and sent directly to us.
