As my friend and I failed to find a seat for dinner in a tofu resto, we randomly searched for a ramen resto in Akasaka, so that we could warm ourselves up during the cold weather. .Both of us got the Karamiso, which was Ramen with Spicy Miso Based Soup. It included roast pork, Chinese bamboo shoots, shredded-green onion, bean sprouts and a soft boiled egg. The ramen was served piping hot and had a satisfying chewiness. The resto was quite cramped, but the staff served efficiently, so one didn't have to wait for a long time.
