出發前，係open rice搵到呢間食自助餐，見到有男人最愛既帶子，盡有得任食，好快就book 左喇！😊 係香港食自助餐就食得多，但就第一次係日本食呢種乜都有得食既自助餐，有D期待😂😂 我地book 左7點，6:40就到了，餐廳都比我地提早進場。 就坐之後，男侍應用國語講解比我地聽點樣攞野食，點樣燒等等...... 即食海鮮：蟹，大閘蟹，螺，蝦，生蠔等等。。。（蟹有幾款，本人分唔清，所以講唔到比大家聽😅） 刺身：三文魚，帶子等等。。（其他幾款唔知係乜野，所以都講唔到😅） 燒既海鮮：蜆，鮑魚，扇貝，螺，蠔😋 盡有壽司，手卷，牛，和牛，熟食等等。。。。😋 海鮮好新鮮，無一隻係死的。鮑魚盡郁下郁下。牛肉入口即溶👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 咁多野食，每人都只係$600,係香港呢個價錢點會食到呢D 質數既野食丫！所以絕對要推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Went to Torikizoku for dinner with my colleague on our very last night. . We ordered the following skewers: -Chicken Heart The plump and fulfilling heart had a nicely chewy texture. -Chicken Gizzard The gizzard had an interesting texture, which brought out a pleasant crunchiness when chewed. -Chicken Skin The grilled chicken skin was crispy and juicy, making one to enjoy the delicious flavour of the skin. -Chicken Liver The rich and creamy liver had no unpleasant odor. -Bell Peppers Stuffed with Meat in Ponzu Flavour The skewer paired meatballs and their savoury gravy with bell peppers. -Grilled Chicken Thigh & Leek The salt enhanced the flavor of the thigh meat, while the sweet green onions complemented the umami of the meat. -Chicken Thigh The thigh was covered with sauce. It was not particularly memorable though. -Lemon Sour A lightly sour beverage which was refreshing to have. . All skewers were priced at only JPY370 each, making them really affordable. The resto was popular, and we had to wait for almost 20 mins to finally get a seat.

Dined at this resto with our program's trainer during lunch break, and returned with my colleague for takeout on another day. . We ordered their Lunch Food Set, which consisted of main deli, salad deli, side deli, rice and soup. Following were some of the dishes I ordered during that our visits: Main: -Grilled Chicken with Salted Green Onion with Scrambled Eggs The well-marinated chicken was served in generous portions, complemented by subtly flavoured scrambled eggs and salted green onion. -Lotus Root & Teriyaki Chicken Tsukune Hamburg Topped with a crispy lotus root, the chicken tsukune hamburg was meaty and soft, which paired well with the rice. Salad: - Basil Paste Fusilli & Candied Nuts The fusilli was coated with basil paste, while the candied nuts were a bit dry. It was quite refreshing. -Smoked Salmon & Avocado Salad Carrot Ginger Dressing Needed to pay extra JPY110 for this salad, yet they only gave me with a small amount of smoked salmon. Side: -Fried Fish Paste Cake The fish paste cake was pleasantly chewy and not too greasy. Rice: -Black Pepper Rice Besides having some black paper in it, I personally couldn't taste sth special from this. . Each month, the lunch food set features a special rice option. One can check it from their Instagram page as they post their lunch set menu regularly. . The resto was not very large and didn't offer lots of seats for dining in. The price of the lunch set was on the higher side.

Originally my colleague and I would like to try a yakiniku resto near our hotel, but it was already full. So we randomly searched for another yakiniku resto nearby with our colleagues. . We ordered the following dishes: -Ox Tongue Paired with garlic and onion slices, the ox tongue was well-marinated and tender. The black pepper and sesame elevated its savoury. -Beef Heart The heart was lean and dense. It had a satisfyingly rich taste without any hint of gaminess. -Karubi The thickly sliced karubi had a balanced ratio of fat and meat, offering a mild and sweet flavour. -Upper Skirt Steak The skirt steak boasted a rich and buttery flavour due to its fat content. It was pleasantly beefy, which kinda melted in ur mouth. . The resto offered a variety of meat types and cuts for grilling, with customers responsible for cooking the meat by themselves. All the meat we ordered were outstanding and memorable. . The resto was quite huge and not crowded at all. It was neat and tidy. The staff were quite attentive and helpful as well.

因為睇左you tuber推介，所以專程去食。可能大家口味唔同啦，食you tuber推介的牛舌鍋，唔係覺得好味道雖然D牛舌的確爽口，味道只係普普通通，（可能係自己較喜歡食和牛啦，這牛舌牛味道並不是我想食的味道👅）。至於湯豆腐同燒飯團味道就唔錯，尤其燒飯團D飯唔會硬，但五種味道的燒蠔同蒸蝦，味道都係一般。整體而言，這店並非我杯茶😅，不過二人共用左一萬五千日元埋單，以這質素而言，這價錢確實較貴😅。而之後我去牛兵X食和牛套餐，價錢只係一萬四千多日元，但牛質素同味道確實唔錯，質素對得住個價錢。不過值得一讚，這店服務員服務態度很好，甚至會送到你出門口。

Went to this resto recommended by my friend in Roppongi. . We ordered the Rin Course, which included the following dishes: Warm Food: -Beef Broth Chawanmushi The Japanese steamed egg custard was silky and served hot, with mushroom enhancing its savoury. The beef broth made it taste rich. Appetiser: -Kimchi The sourness and saltiness of the sauce were balanced. -Salad The salad was fresh and the tomatoes were quite sweet. Yakimono -Specialty 10-tiered Grilled Meat Platter It included thick-sliced beef tongue, black beef rib, fatty horumon, specially selected tripe, black beef rib, beef liver, black beef top sirloin, aged skirt steak, black beef sirloin and black beef sukiyaki sirloin with the aroma of truffles. It was nicely-presented, and the meat were well-marinated and tender. Meal -Ox Bone Noodles The broth was milky and had a strong beef flavour. The portion of beef was generous as well. Dessert -Matcha Shaved Ice The shaved ice was fluffy and infused with the vibrant flavour of matcha, creating a refreshing combination. . The resto was spacious and the seating was comfortable. My friends and I were able to sit for a long time and had a really nice chat.

來到東京站，本來已經吃完拉麵晚餐飽飽，但經過這餐廳門口時，就被香味吸引了。在門外已經可以透過玻璃窗看到師傅在燒牛舌，看著他燒牛舌，加上香味，令人很想吃，還寫著是來自仙台的，於是我們進去點了兩個牛舌套餐。本來有打算買外帶回酒店吃，因為剛剛才吃完拉麵還很飽，但又怕外帶不好吃，還是決定馬上進去吃。 可能因為晚餐繁忙時間已過，不用排隊，店內也不算很多人。 我們點了兩個套餐，一個普通牛舌，一個極上牛舌，各10塊。 套餐有沙律，一條條像麵條的東西，沾滿沙律醬，挺好吃。 還有湯，有塊牛舌尖肉在裡面。 還有白飯。 極上牛舌比較厚，肉也比較肥，但就香很多，也比較有口感。 普通牛舌比較瘦，但肉不會乾，也很好吃。兩款都很香炭火燒的香味，都不會咬不開，肉香又多汁。

在網上隨意找到這間烏冬店，餐牌有很多款式的烏冬和蕎麥麵，熱和冷又有，看起來很好吃，而且可以選烏冬3倍盛，不用加錢。 這天逛完表參道、原宿，最後來到澀谷，選擇了這間烏冬作晚餐，在外面有點難找，跟著地圖走了很久，之後坐升降機時才發現升降機可直接到達地鐵站。 上到去已經見到很多人排隊，真的嚇了一跳，想不到這麼多人吃，而且不少都是日本人。大概要排40人，但因為店舖都挺大的，有很多座位，只等了半小時左右就進去了。如果是坐到窗邊的位置，可以看夜景挺漂亮，不過是吧台，不是很多人喜歡。 我們兩個都點了3倍烏冬，想著是免費當然要點，0.5倍至3倍也是一樣價錢的。個碗很大，真的壯觀，但其實3倍烏冬也不是太多，可以吃得完的，是沒有3個烏冬這麼多的，不過我點的卡邦尼烏冬，醬汁很膩很飽，吃光整碗就真的很飽。 另一個是天婦羅冷烏冬，輕鬆吃光，冷烏冬很彈牙，口感很好，沾的醬汁很香鰹魚汁味，不錯的，天婦羅也挺新鮮，很脆。 不只是有3倍烏冬的賣點，味道也是好吃，價錢不貴，很划算。

來到東京站，一番街有很多餐廳，也有很多都很著名，本來想吃另一間也很有名的拉麵店，但要排45分鐘，見這間人龍比較短，就來這間吃，等了15分鐘左右。 在門外的自助點餐機，點餐買票後，再等一下就入座了，座位挺擠逼，就如其他拉麵店一樣。 我們點了一碗普通拉麵，一碗濃厚拉麵，說真的，看起來幾乎一樣，如果不是送餐的時候有說明是甚麼，還真看不出。 但濃厚拉麵，吃起來真的比較濃味一點點。但也不是十分香，可以加點桌上的調味料吃。湯底有一點油膩，麵條口感還好，就普普通通的。

這天去參觀皇居，皇居佔地非常大，附近的休憩所也有幾個，皇居也就是江户城，楠公休憩所是其中一個放置江户城100名城印章的地方，為了蓋100名城印章。 而來到這裡，才發現原來這裡有餐廳，剛好我們還沒用餐，就試一試。 餐廳的菜式是日本經典的一汁三菜，很有特色，剛好可以在旅程中體驗一下。 一汁三菜有兩款，魚或者肉，當天的一汁三菜款式是鰤魚和薑豚肉，價格只是¥1200，很便宜。 買餐後自己找位子坐下，自助形式，自己去斟飲品，吃完後自己收盤子。 菜式很日本家庭式，小菜和湯味道也不錯，魚肉和豚肉也挺好吃，醬汁不錯。

已經是第二次來這間餐廳用餐，第一次來的時候，餐廳很多人，氣氛很熱鬧，吃過燒海鮮很好吃，今次來東京特地再去試一次。這次來到餐廳沒什麼人，很安靜。 有餐廳自動送上的前菜，要收錢，味道一般 沒有下單但送上的魷魚鬚，不過想著反正魷魚鬚也ok，就沒有跟店員說，但炸粉很多，不太好吃。 甲羅燒，不知道為什麼有很多沙律醬，沒有會比較好，不太吃到蟹肉蟹膏的味道，而且沒有蟹籽。 蝦，只有很少膏，肉質還好。 帆立貝和蜆，挺大隻的，肉質不錯，也算鮮甜，有一點沙子。 生牡蠣，還算鮮甜。 刺身拼盤，看起來顏色好像不太新鮮，吃起來還好，也有鮮味的，溫度貼近室溫。 若根據我第一次來吃，會是五星好評，但今次的確一般。

呢間朋友都推介嘅檸檬牛舌，去完之後真係極度推介。佢係第一啖食完之後係會woo 出來嗰隻。首先餐廳我哋係提早一個月就已經訂位。提早一個月都已經冇咗啲好好嘅時間，所以我哋都係訂咗5:30，相對比較早嘅時間。入到去餐廳已經聞到嗰陣燒烤味，因為餐廳係開放式廚房。店員都好有禮貌，而且仲會走來問吓你來自邊一度。 我哋嗌咗兩個餐，分別都係檸檬牛舌配其他肉類。佢一個set有肉有飯有湯同埋前菜再加埋咖喱俾你送飯。一個set入邊所有嘢都係好食嘅，就算係咖喱入邊嘅牛肉都係好好食。佢嘅主角檸檬牛舌真係做得超級出色，超級有驚喜。佢係每次都燒到同一個生熟嘅程度，可以睇到廚師嘅功夫一啲都唔差，佢哋牛舌每一舊都可以做到非常軟腍腍肉汁爆滿。應該係有成世人食過最好食嘅牛舌，而且仲會有陣陣炭燒味喺表面，再加埋少許調味。冇食過呢間真係唔好話去過東京。

今次嚟東京想食壽喜燒，咁就當然唔少得歷史悠久嘅壽喜燒今半。初頭諗住揀人形町今半，但好似好full，所以就揀咗淺草呢一間本店。佢營業時間係11:30，我哋11:15分左右到，都已經要排第二輪。大概排咗個半鐘左右。而家想快嘅話都建議大家再早啲嚟，大概提早九個字。 入到去，店員都好好禮貌。分別叫咗壽喜燒餐，加多一份肉。肉嘅話加多一份兩個人都夠食，再加嘅話就可能會太漏。前菜都幾好食，尤其是係佢嗰條魚。燒得好好味另外就係主菜壽喜燒。佢個汁有七成都似香港會食到嘅味。分別在於佢冇香港咁甜。唔會食食吓頂唔順。 最後埋單都唔算好平，佢會收+1服務費再加稅。
