The food was just OK, but the service was terrible. First of all, the waiter didn't provide us with a place to put our coats. We could only put them on the seats. There were no bowls or plates on the table from beginning to end, only chopsticks and soy sauce dishes. The grilled meat clips were only available when we asked. 看了評論發現很多人都是看了影片介紹過來，我在香港用openrice先訂位，看介紹要連香蔥牛舌都先預訂，否則可能會售完，我們沒有先預訂香蔥牛舌但都還吃到。爐有點髒有三款醬汁香蔥牛舌很厚，口感很好，不過要咬很久，蔥味濃郁。另外點了和牛5點盛，有外腿肉、內裙肉、中落、肩三角，肩三角最好吃比較香肉味，中落很油。另外點了和牛牛肋肉，也不錯。有一碗蔬菜，有紅椒、黃椒、山藥、菇、生菜，椒很鮮甜，配上柚子醬挺好吃，山藥燒過後沒這麼軟，比較好吃，生菜用來包油油的和牛也不錯。飲品味道還可以，挺好吃的，但不算很香，吃一次就可以，沒有好吃到很想下次再來。價錢不算便宜，吃得不算很飽。

因為幾個 YouTuber 介紹過而去，地方不算太偏僻。新宿代代木站步行只需要幾分鐘就到達。雖然附近有新宿暖簾街，食物選擇非常多。但他最吸引是爆蔥厚切牛舌，燒法請指教老闆。燒的方法不合適會過生，眼見每一位食客都會點選。牛舌其他菜式水平正常發揮，鹽及黑胡椒調味適中。¥1680 焼きしゃぶとろけるサーロイン（1枚）的牛非常嫩滑，附上少量白飯加蛋黃，非常嫩滑。無酒精飲品方面就比較單調，選擇酒類飲品會比較適合。緊記先預約再去。

此店很普通，但價錢相對貴。唔覺得有什麼特式，只是很普通的燒肉店，當天店內都只有兩枱香港人，一枱台灣人，都是看了Tommy的Utube過來，真的中了Tommy介绍的伏！
