因為幾個 YouTuber 介紹過而去,地方不算太偏僻。新宿代代木站步行只需要幾分鐘就到達。雖然附近有新宿暖簾街,食物選擇非常多。但他最吸引是爆蔥厚切牛舌,燒法請指教老闆。燒的方法不合適會過生,眼見每一位食客都會點選。牛舌其他菜式水平正常發揮,鹽及黑胡椒調味適中。¥1680 焼きしゃぶとろけるサーロイン(1枚)的牛非常嫩滑,附上少量白飯加蛋黃,非常嫩滑。無酒精飲品方面就比較單調,選擇酒類飲品會比較適合。緊記先預約再去。 continue reading
