看了評論發現很多人都是看了影片介紹過來，我在香港用openrice先訂位，看介紹要連香蔥牛舌都先預訂，否則可能會售完，我們沒有先預訂香蔥牛舌但都還吃到。爐有點髒有三款醬汁香蔥牛舌很厚，口感很好，不過要咬很久，蔥味濃郁。另外點了和牛5點盛，有外腿肉、內裙肉、中落、肩三角，肩三角最好吃比較香肉味，中落很油。另外點了和牛牛肋肉，也不錯。有一碗蔬菜，有紅椒、黃椒、山藥、菇、生菜，椒很鮮甜，配上柚子醬挺好吃，山藥燒過後沒這麼軟，比較好吃，生菜用來包油油的和牛也不錯。飲品味道還可以，挺好吃的，但不算很香，吃一次就可以，沒有好吃到很想下次再來。價錢不算便宜，吃得不算很飽。 continue reading

因為幾個 YouTuber 介紹過而去，地方不算太偏僻。新宿代代木站步行只需要幾分鐘就到達。雖然附近有新宿暖簾街，食物選擇非常多。但他最吸引是爆蔥厚切牛舌，燒法請指教老闆。燒的方法不合適會過生，眼見每一位食客都會點選。牛舌其他菜式水平正常發揮，鹽及黑胡椒調味適中。¥1680 焼きしゃぶとろけるサーロイン（1枚）的牛非常嫩滑，附上少量白飯加蛋黃，非常嫩滑。無酒精飲品方面就比較單調，選擇酒類飲品會比較適合。緊記先預約再去。 continue reading
