Literally the second I land in Tokyo, I will take the metro to Shibuya, and walk up the hill to Dogenzaka to Kiraku Ramen. I know there are better ramen places in town, but this is all about nostalgia. This ramen is so delicious, deep flavoured broth and amazing noodles. The pork and egg are not done to my liking, but this is how it was back in the day. They have been going since the early 1950s so don't ruin a winning formula. But anyone should go here for a taste of that broth, its simply divin
