因為不想排隊，所以在openrice預約了早上10點，當早餐吃。商場還沒開門，要到外面的門口進入，10點還沒有太多人，不用等，座位也很空。座位寬敞，坐得舒服。有英文menu，但沒有圖片。點了一份ricotta hotcakes fresh banana and honeycomb butter，¥2000。有三塊hotcakes，很香蛋味，很鬆軟，塊honeycomb butter溶在hotcake上很好吃。但比較甜再點了一份full aussie。有scrambled eggs, grilled bacon, cumin roast tomato, herbed garlic, mushrooms, pork and fennel sausage, toasted sourdough，¥2700。炒蛋很滑，蘑菇很香，麵包有少許濕了軟了，但味道不錯，香腸也很香肉味，煙肉比較鹹。smoothie很濃，不過有點少。 continue reading

女仔必喜歡嘅鬆餅

之前上網見到呢間稱為「最好味嘅早餐」。咁岩呢次嚟台場，行到攰，於是入嚟睇下點料，當然，要等位！因為實在實在好多人。但同時都好好彩，等得唔耐，大約十分鐘左右已經入得。入面得日文版/英文版菜單，所以一定一定要記得如果淨係想點鬆餅，係要搵菜單上面唯一寫住hotcake個樣，就係佢最出名嘅髮餅。因為我地仲要食晚飯，所以兩個人都係點左一個鬆餅，加一杯野飲算，雖然感覺寒酸啲鬆餅絕對好味！好食過香港！好鬆化，好綿，不過兩個人食一個都好足夠，其實都幾膩，仲要唔細個之餘有三層！我見到隔離枱位日本男人食到呆。 continue reading

東京不能錯過的hotcake

未出發到東京，羊媽媽已預告要排隊吃Bills怎料，今天來到台場的Bills，卻是完全沒有人龍的當下，我們馬上決定先到Bills吃個early lunch，然後再去shopping!侍應很有禮貌的把我們帶到店內坐下。店子非常闊落，而且各人都是輕聲細語地交談，整個環境非常安靜和諧。如果不怕曬，也能坐到室外，享受陽光。餐牌很簡單，就一頁紙。我們當然點了招牌hotcake和一份Full Aussie。這hotcake等了頗一陣子，但這hotcake的確外鬆內軟，充滿空氣感但不會像在吃風一般，hotcake質感細膩濕潤，淡淡的奶香配上蜂蜜牛油，的確入口即溶，非常美味，難怪被稱之為全球最美味早餐Full Aussie是很豐富的all day breakfast! 各樣食物都美味，特別是那炒蛋，炒得很嫩滑！別小看這兩碟食物，吃完是很飽、很有滿足感的 continue reading
