大阪心齋橋附近...好食嘅其實多都不得了!想食平靚正壽司...又吾想去返香港周圍都有既元X元X...通常我會去 ~ 大起水產!呢到如果 lunch 時間去食就例必排隊!所以我通常都會避過 peak hour 揀兩點左右去食就可以直入有位坐又吾洗等!呢到壽司🍣款式選擇非常多,而且新鮮又好食,最最最重要既係...價錢平!合平經濟原則!如果吾介意喺 lunch peak hour 時候去等位的話...其實佢哋啲 lunch set 都幾抵食!一個set 有成七、八件。裡面雜錦咩都有啲...我見過有三文魚、海膽、鰻魚、toro、蟹肉、同玉子壽司等...都係大慨1000 yen 左右!不過我就鐘意坐底自己慢慢揀...

去前已鎖定要吃一次迴轉壽司,大阪出名的大起水產是最終選擇。 價錢(未連稅)每碟由100日圓起至最貴500日圓,大部份都一碟兩件,當然也有一碟一件的。內有中文及英文餐牌,方便外國人點餐。 海鰻,長長的海鰻配燒汁,好味。 納豆壽司,100日圓一碟,挑戰無妨。人生第一次試食納豆,果然只可一試,味道不是人人可以接受,個人就不喜歡。 拖羅壽司,入口即溶,超好味。500日圓一碟,超抵食。食完一碟忍不住再食多一碟。一碟一件的池魚壽司,好味。左口、大蝦、燒帶子、甜蝦、貝、海膽壽司。全部都好味,不過帶子還是不燒會比較鮮甜。 又平又好食,有機會再到大阪一定會再食,拖羅壽司真的必點!

左口、大蝦、燒帶子、甜蝦、貝、海膽壽司。全部都好味,不過帶子還是不燒會比較鮮甜。
 
又平又好食,有機會再到大阪一定會再食,拖羅壽司真的必點!

個個都話去大板必食大起水產本身諗住係普通回轉壽司但原來佢種類比香港多,而且質素真係高好多!我最愛係藍鰭金槍魚系列!依個金槍魚魚腩我總共食左三碟!魚腩勁度肥美而且係厚切!魚腩非常之juicy ,味道濃郁!500yen 真係好抵!另一最愛係金槍魚魚腮!佢粉紅色既肉身真係好吸引!魚肉係好軟身,入口即溶,魚肉既香味同油脂係口入面爆發!金槍魚上赤身油脂比較少的部分,雖然冇頭先兩款咁juicy 但味道一點都唔輸!味道濃郁,香甜!依個係貨真價實既鱈蟹肉!味道超級清甜!肉質細緻!鯨赤身!第一次食鯨魚肉!不過係風乾左既鯨魚肉風乾過味道被濃縮了!味道較重,唔似一般壽司咁juicy ,不過都幾好食一開頭唔係好敢食但原來黑色既係蟹膏!係香港根本唔會食到依種壽司!蟹膏味道超級濃郁,配埋清甜既蟹肉又幾夾下!三文魚腩超肥美!上面放左蘿蔔容令到壽司有種清新既味道!另一款蟹肉壽司!蟹肉混左入沙拉醬,令到有種酸酸甜甜既味道!大板既海膽真係超級新鮮!味道比香港既濃郁而且仲食到有海水味!最後食番個玉子壽司做甜品簡簡單單既玉子壽司都做得唔錯!唔會太甜,仲保留到蛋既香味!
