太宰府暖暮拉麵

聽說暖暮拉麵在九州很有名，於是在太宰府放棄了六角碗的一蘭拉麵，去試暖暮拉麵，畢竟一蘭已經在其他地方吃過。不用排隊，店內位子不算多，在門口的自助售賣機點餐買票，坐下後店員會過來收票然後端上一個餐牌，叫我們選擇麵條的硬度、辣的程度、要不要蔥。點了日式叉燒拉麵¥1130，半熟煮玉子拉麵¥1030，味噌拉麵¥980，博多一口餃子8個¥500。日式叉燒拉麵是有最多叉燒的，有4塊叉燒，其他只有2塊，叉燒很嫩，不會太肥。半熟煮玉子煮得剛好。本來不喜歡吃味噌，味噌拉麵更是覺得奇怪，但因為寫著限定就點來試試，比想像中好吃，不會很奇怪。一口餃子脆脆的，很多肉汁，不錯。 continue reading
