Missed this ramen so much after had it before pandemic, can’t believe it is still prominent after a few years🥹, but luckily I successfully made it to enjoy this bowl of gem after 45mins(I started to queue at around 2:30pm).✌🏻 Char siu was sliced thickly around 1cm😳, fatty tender yet not greasy, incredibly good!😋👍🏻Noodles were thick and bouncy, rich intense pork broth.😆❤️Perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg🥚. Really appreciate how considerate the store owner is, they print their name onto the seaweed. ✨A secret tip to level up the ramen is to add some fresh garlic🧄 into the broth🤟🏻, It was AMAZING!🤌🏻🥰

入面有豬肉🍖同椰菜🥬，煎得好香脆，都幾好食。🤤
