Went to this resto recommended by my friend in Roppongi. .We ordered the Rin Course, which included the following dishes: Warm Food:-Beef Broth ChawanmushiThe Japanese steamed egg custard was silky and served hot, with mushroom enhancing its savoury. The beef broth made it taste rich. Appetiser: -KimchiThe sourness and saltiness of the sauce were balanced. -SaladThe salad was fresh and the tomatoes were quite sweet. Yakimono-Specialty 10-tiered Grilled Meat Platter It included thick-sliced beef tongue, black beef rib, fatty horumon, specially selected tripe, black beef rib, beef liver, black beef top sirloin, aged skirt steak, black beef sirloin and black beef sukiyaki sirloin with the aroma of truffles. It was nicely-presented, and the meat were well-marinated and tender. Meal-Ox Bone Noodles The broth was milky and had a strong beef flavour. The portion of beef was generous as well. Dessert -Matcha Shaved IceThe shaved ice was fluffy and infused with the vibrant flavour of matcha, creating a refreshing combination. .The resto was spacious and the seating was comfortable.
