Went to this resto recommended by my friend in Roppongi. .We ordered the Rin Course, which included the following dishes: Warm Food:-Beef Broth ChawanmushiThe Japanese steamed egg custard was silky and served hot, with mushroom enhancing its savoury. It included thick-sliced beef tongue, black beef rib, fatty horumon, specially selected tripe, black beef rib, beef liver, black beef top sirloin, aged skirt steak, black beef sirloin and black beef sukiyaki sirloin with the aroma of truffles. It was nicely-presented, and the meat were well-marinated and tender.

The broth was milky and had a strong beef flavour. The portion of beef was generous as well.

The shaved ice was fluffy and infused with the vibrant flavour of matcha, creating a refreshing combination.

The resto was spacious and the seating was comfortable. My friends and I were able to sit for a long time and had a really nice chat.
