失望的大阪燒 感覺被歧視

最近跟我家姐和表姐一起遊大阪,我們住的酒店就在附近,而每次經過這家店都有很有人排隊,而且都是當地的人多,於是便產生好奇。一查之下才知道這家店在當地很有名,而且更是連續幾年穫米芝蓮推薦的,而剛好我們當晚還沒決定吃什麼,也還沒吃大阪燒便打算試試。其實一開始排隊時印象都還不錯,因為店員態度不錯,能以英文溝通也有提供english menu, 但進去後開始就覺得一般了。其實飲食業忙碌大家都明白,加上人又多,我們都沒有要求要好客氣笑臉相對。但就是很明顯覺得店員對日本人的態度跟對我們是有不同的,有一種不太想招呼我們的感覺。確實我們坐下很久才有人招呼,而且問題是比我們遲進去的卻比我們早招待。我可以肯定我們是很禮貌很正常的進入,我們都是受新一代教育的人,所以我會覺得是他們沒有一視同仁。好吧,這裡就當是客人多,一時的忽略吧。現在來說說當晚點的菜,因為坐長枱,可以很清楚見到同一張長枱,坐隔壁的幾位日本客點了什麼,也見到製作過程。我會以為自己心理作用所以沒有講,但後來原來我家姐表姐都這樣感受到:點同一種東西,我們的料和製作,相對隔壁是求奇一點,少一點的。公平咁講,做大阪燒的師傅也有認真去做,但態度上會感受到他對於招待隔壁的人比較投入和專業,但對我們這枱真心有敷衍的感覺,就像想我們快點吃完快點走,也有點令人覺得他不重視遊客,因為本地支持者已經夠多。我覺得如果我們令人覺得沒禮貌或做出令人反感的舉動,那麼得到這態度是正常,但我保證我們沒有。我們點了三個大阪燒,都是招牌菜。其中一款(山藥大阪燒)的用材比較吸引,蝦和帶子好像蠻新鮮,而另外兩款(美津乃大阪燒)都是本身是海鮮為主但我的一個裡面只有一隻很小的蝦和一些墨魚/章魚碎,但家姐那份就連一隻蝦都沒有,只有墨魚/章魚碎,但大家也見到隔壁的都比較多料去做。至於份量來說很足夠的,除非你好大食,否則一個人吃一個是很飽。也許因為是一直燒著的,山藥大阪燒那個本身是看下最令人期待的,因為見到蝦和帶子都很厚,可惜的是裡面沒有熟透,而底部燒焦嚴重,都吃不到了。最後,我這食評,沒有偏向什麼,只是想如實寫下感受和事實。而圖片我也會上傳一些,大家看完可能各有不同見解和感受,要不要試,以自己主張衡量吧。…Read More
