私は日本のレストラン、〒542-0086 (tel:542-0086) 大阪市中央区西心斎橋2丁目−9−5 日宝三ツ寺会館1Fに行ったところ、メニューでは全員がドリンクを注文する必要があることに気付きました。 ただし、飲み物を注文する前に、メニューに目を通す時間を取りたかったのです。 料理を注文していると、髪をツートンカラーに染めた女性スタッフがドリンクについて聞いてきました。 ドリンクメニューを見てから後で注文したいと説明しました。 スタッフは私に対して非常に失礼で、今すぐ飲み物を注文しなければならないと主張しました。 メニューのポリシーでは、各人が飲み物を注文することのみが必要であると感じましたが、食べ物と同時に飲み物を注文する必要があるとは書かれていませんでした。 このことをスタッフに説明した後も、彼女は私にイライラし、無愛想な態度で立ち去りました。 その後、隣のテーブルで彼女が客に接客し、笑顔で「ありがとう」と小切手とお菓子を差し出す姿が見えました。 しかし、彼女が私たちのテーブルに戻ってきたとき、彼女は依然として無愛想で、お菓子をテーブルに投げ、その中の1つを生肉が置かれていた皿の上に落としました。 食べ物は美味しかったですが、彼女の態度を見て、私はそのレストランを勧めるつもりはありませんでした。 会社やオーナーが彼女の態度や行動に対処してくれることを願っています。In English I went to a restaurant in Japan, 〒542-0086 Osaka, Chuo Ward, Nishishinsaibashi, 2 Chome−9−5 日宝三ツ寺会館1F and noticed that the menu required every person to order a drink. However, I wanted to take some time to look through the menu before ordering a drink. When I was ordering my food, a female staff member who dyed two-tone hair asked me about the drinks. I explained that I wanted to order later after I had looked through the drink menu. The staff member was quite rude to me, insisting that I had to order the drinks now. I felt that the policy on the menu only required each person to order a drink, but it did not say that drinks had to be ordered at the same time as food. Even after explaining this to the staff member, she was impatient with me and walked off with an unfriendly attitude. Later, I saw her serving the customers at the next table, offering them the check and some sweets with a smile and a "thank you." However, when she came back to our table, she was still unfriendly and even threw the sweets on the table, causing one of them to fall onto the plate that had previously held raw meat.
