Tabelog3.72分,從2018開始獲5屆百名店,以手打烏冬馳名。JR新宿站向西走,大約10分鐘。店外排隊人數不多,但看指示及取票後,才發現要等50分鐘,可用票上QR code查看進度,差不多前5名內,才回來等候及點餐。餐牌上有日英韓文。建議可先取票,再逛新宿。店內位置不多,且狹窄,如多人用膳,要有分坐的心理準備。海老と季節の野菜天ざる 天ぷら6種(海老2 野菜4) ¥2380+1.5玉¥100 + 温泉卵¥180:熱湯清甜,烏冬軟滑彈牙,1.5玉意思為加麵。天婦羅偏油,炸粉略厚,但蝦肉爽實新鮮。肉釜たま¥1680:涼烏冬清爽煙韌,牛肉一般。\…Read More

東京挽肉と米(澀谷)東京潮爆漢堡扒定食,只能在每個星期五早上9:00(日本時間)訂枱的漢堡扒餐廳,每每一開已爆滿,一位難求。位置在渋谷109附近,卻又故弄玄虛的隱世餐廳,門口簡單的隱晦而介紹,訂位時間到了,卻仍然掛上準備中的牌子。在這個街口轉左  外型不起眼的的商業大樓 只懂漢字不懂日語的我,只好上了2樓,見有人排隊,店員間中出來叫號,硬著頭皮遞上訂位資料,最後終於進了餐廳。 靠着零碎的漢字在電腦點餐機點了餐,坐在座位上,廚師以有限的英語,解釋着枱下櫃桶隱藏的餐品及調味料,再慢慢欣賞廚師即場燒制的烤漢扒。漢堡扒定食:外皮焦香而脆,肉汁滿滿又彈牙的三個漢堡扒,白飯無限任添。超越語言的美味,簡單卻直接!…Read More
