期待的壽喜燒

這次點的是壽喜燒(楓)套餐,套餐會附上前菜的日式小點。另外,在ちんや所有的壽喜燒上桌時會有工作人員幫客人做第一次的服務,並告知肉片可以沾著日本國產生蛋吃。因此無論什麼時候都能品嚐到最美味的料理。首先將牛肉脂肪融化於壽喜燒專用的鐵鍋,再將蔥放進鍋子裡烤(先煮蔥是為了讓蔥的香氣染上牛肉)。然後將牛肉放在蔥上面一起煮,接著倒入特製的調味湯底後,大約煮到啲肉有一點點紅又不紅的狀態下,就可以起鍋了。工作人員再將肉沾上生蛋後就放在您面前就可以吃了。(生蛋+牛肉的絕妙組合,壽喜燒就是要這樣吃)。接下來,其餘的食材就要自己親自煮了,老公再加入日本國產蔬菜、香菇、豆腐、茼蒿和蒟蒻絲等食材繼續吃。食後總結:在日本食肉吃多了,會發現日本越高檔越貴的牛肉,脂肪都會比較多,吃起來會非常軟嫩,但過肥、過油膩,所以唔會食得多。整體來說,Chinyaちんや無論在肉質、服務、用餐環境上都可以的。如果大家預算比較有限或是在淺草臨時想吃壽喜燒、涮涮鍋又不想花時間排隊,Chinyaちんや還是個可以接受的選擇。…Read More
