If you are wondering where has the best Tonkotsu Ramen in Tokyo, you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot. This tiny shopfront in Shinjuku, dishes out (pun intended) the thickest, heaviest, creamiest Tonkotsu broth made from Pig Skulls. This is definitely not one for the faint-hearted, and you'll probably feel like lying down after you've finished the bowl (especially the black bowl), but it will be the tastiest you'll find in Tokyo.The pork is divine, the egg is faultless, the service is great and the value is on point. continue reading
