非常驚喜的一次體驗。曾聽說高級壽司一般都比較嚴肅。但清空不會。店主青空師傅帶著兩名弟子我我們制作今天的晚餐。因為知道我們不是日本人，怕我們不知道魚的品種，還特意拿出一本說明魚的品種的書。貼心。最讓我驚喜的是赤身。平常在香港甚至在日本遲到的一般都不怎麼喜歡。但這的確實不一樣，好吃。代價是差不多一口一百港幣。但，也是值得。 continue reading
