Introduction
A handmade soba restaurant founded in 1902. Tsukiji Sarashina no Sato offers domestic soba that is ground in-house using a stone mill, and depending on the season, we serve local varieties of soba from the source selected by the owner himself. We also purchase fresh fish, shellfish, and vegetables directly from Tsukiji Market, and have seats available for you to enjoy tempura and other dishes to accompany your drinks.
