聖誕節最旺場嘅食肆主要都係西餐廳,日本亦不例外,結果正日晚市只有酒店壽司店「銀座久兵衛 京王プラザホテル店」(Ginza Kyubey, Keio Plaza Hotel)有位。多人派對之訂座必先預定埋清一色嘅晚市套餐,團長就從六款中選出唯一取自店名嘅「久兵衛御夕食」(Kyubey Assorted Sushi;17,820円/位),即下圖中紫色英文餐牌上嘅第二項,晚餐共包有十六件壽司及卷物。一家八口被安排入座「桜」房中進行,要先除鞋及脫去外套才可入座。座位均圍繞著主廚小高師傅嘅大舞台,不過由於全冇椅背或椅柄,長輩們進出時都甚有難度。每位席上有一個托盤擺放齊備嘅自用餐具及醬油。食物早已訂好,飲品就各自叫。四頁飲品牌日英對照,簡單易明。小肥自己叫咗枝細瓶裝日本清酒「八海山純米吟釀」(3,330円/300ml)。師傅忙於準備壽司前,先安排一小碗海帶為食客潔淨一吓味蕾。面相嚴肅嘅小高師傅其實十分友善,眼見跟長輩們介紹魚生時發生言語障礙,佢就自動玩看圖識魚。晚餐嘅十六件壽司雖則續件上,但大部份嘅魚生早已切好於砧板上,等待大師傅續一握製;當時感覺其實有少少不對勁,因為印象中傳統做法好似續款靚魚由
