A custom-made charcoal-grilled steak made with pure Tajima beef from Kobe, a representative of the world of Kobe, where owner-chef Ichinomiya is from, and Sanda beef, all cooked in a special Kishu Bincho charcoal Kamikomaru at 900 degrees Celsius.
