国内生産される鶏のうち、地鶏の比率はわずか1%。中でも日本三大地鶏と称されるさつま地鶏の生産農家は２軒です。美味しい鶏肉をご提供するために鹿児島に当店専用の養鶏場を造るところから始めました。お客様にお出しする鶏は１日目鶏を１日絶食させる、２日目と殺加工後鹿児島から発送、３日目お店に到着後解体の工程でお客様にご提供しているため、最低でも3日以上前までにご予約をお願いしております。 continue reading
