Introduction
In addition to a light and orthodox soy sauce ramen, it is a ramen restaurant that gained the attention of vegetable based submenus and won Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide. "Chinese noodle" (800 yen) features a gentle and deep soup aiming for a more rounded flavour than sharpness.
