呢到出名「炭烤厚牛舌定食👅」就好多人知 牛舌爽口 鹹香鹹香 油脂甘香 連湯都係牛舌煲!雖然佢個「玉子醬燒薄牛舌丼👅」就甚少人介紹過 但原來超正!🤤呢款牛舌冇咁膩 醬汁酸甜清新 配埋珍珠米🍚 大滿足!❤️-The Char-grilled Thick Beef Tongue Set Dinner in Gyutan Sumiyaki Rikyu is well-known. The thick beef tongue is juicy and tender. It is served with a bowl of beef tongue soup and a bowl of tororo meshi🍚. Although the Eiko Sliced Beef Tongue Donburi with yolk is not famous, it is scrumptious too!🤤The sauce is fresh and appetising. The thin-sliced beef tongues are less greasy but it is even more tender. 老婆第一次到東京,搜尋了不同的美食要試,而利久就是其中一間這天我們離開了迪士尼回市區,去酒店放下行李已是午飯時段我們住的酒店在新宿,而離這店的路程不算太遠我們原先沒計劃每天吃甚麼,打算看到甚麼就吃甚麼,剛好我們經過這裡找吃時看到,又正正是老婆的to eat list上我們在門口看看,店內不是很多人,應該說整層都不是太多人因為這樣,不用等我們便可以坐下坐下後糾纏了一回,終於選了要吃的因為沒影下餐牌,所以已經忘了叫的是甚麼只記得叫了兩個不同價錢的餐,貴的那個的是比較靚的牛舌因我們坐吧檯的關係,等待期間我望著師父在燒牛舌,看下去非常美味等了一回,前菜到了這個前菜是冷的,吃下去像火腿但非常非常的鹹,鹹得過份,大打折扣再過一回,餐終於到了有湯,燒牛舌(當然)及飯(mix rice?)湯清淡的,有大量的蔥,也有些少牛肉可惜牛肉煮得不夠,不是化開的質感牛舌方面,先試貴的那個口感是爽口的,不過有點韌,不太好咬還有也是偏鹹的,只好不停把飯送進口裡之後再試比較平的平的竟然是軟身的,口感比較好但也是偏鹹整體來説這餐就是鹹,鹹,鹹,鹹上加鹹,好像在吃鹽一樣不知是否師父太重手,還是本來就是這樣因為這樣,真的大打折扣,一點都不覺得好吃真的要考慮下下次若果再訪東京,是否要給它多次機會 continue reading
