•無敵家拉麵 Mutekiya ramen ¥1,350 (⭐️10/10)疫情前,食過一次已經對佢念念不忘🥹冇諗過過咗咁多年人氣都冇減,但好好彩今次只係排咗45mins就順利食到(around 2:30pm排)。✌🏻叉燒非常厚切大約有1cm厚😳,肉質好肥美又嬾,但唔油膩,真係超好食!😋👍🏻麵條粗身好彈牙,湯底超濃厚豬骨香味。😆❤️糖心蛋煮得啱啱好🥚。就連紫菜都好細心,印咗店家嘅名✨。仲有一個可以令到個拉麵更好食嘅秘訣,就係要加蒜蓉🧄令到成個湯嘅口味更有層次🤟🏻。真係超級好食!🤌🏻🥰Missed this ramen so much after had it before pandemic, can’t believe it is still prominent after a few years🥹, but luckily I successfully made it to enjoy this bowl of gem after 45mins(I started to queue at around 2:30pm).✌🏻 Char siu was sliced thickly around 1cm😳, fatty tender yet not greasy, incredibly good!😋👍🏻Noodles were thick and bouncy, rich intense pork broth.😆❤️Perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg🥚. 想試無敵家已經係好多年前已經想食,當時因為多人冇排隊,諗住下次再食,估唔到呢個「下次」竟然已經係8年後🙃😐,所以有咩想做嘅話記得千奇唔好拖延症😂,今次就好了,唔好等下次😔8年過後,人潮依舊😫下午二點幾左右去約需等半個鐘,因為一早排係外面店員就會比menu 你睇完落單,所以上枱速度好快😚拉麵店環境相當狹窄,不過都係食碗麵就走,所以無咩所謂😂🌸Mutekiya Ramen ¥1280Mutekiya Ramen係佢哋人氣no.1當然就食呢個😂燉煮厚叉燒係佢哋特色之一,食落軟淋淋充滿骨膠原咁,但某啲部分難免會有少許唔夠嫩滑,粗麵條煮得帶嚼勁,豚骨湯頭濃郁一開始並唔覺咸,食到中後段係咸到要好想飲晒成杯冰水個隻😨相信如果你唔係咁重口味嘅人嘅話,恐怕較難欣賞到無敵家嘅美味😯

事隔三年 終於可以衝出香港🤩 去到東京 都不忘食好西🤞🏻 去到東京一定要去池袋食無敵家 超級出名 排隊都排左個半鐘😮💨 入面空間唔大 座位唔多 全部都係吧枱座位 因為排隊既時候 店員已經會比餐牌你落單 所以一坐底就有得食~ 本丸拉麵 900YEN有半隻溏心蛋 一塊叉燒🫶🏻 拉麵賣相非常吸引 聞落都好香~ 試一試個湯底 豬骨湯底好濃郁 但都偏鹹😮💨 叉燒絕對有誠意 厚厚既一片 相當軟嫩 肥瘦適中 拉麵係較粗既個種 食落彈牙又掛湯價錢唔貴 整體CP值雖高 但要排咁耐隊條數又好似唔化算😮💨 試一次就好~麵創房 無敵家📍〒171-0022 東京都 豊島区南池袋1丁目17−1崎本ビル1F

每次來東京都想來食無敵家🍜,遺憾的是即使小妹每3個月就來一次東京,每次都比它無敵的人龍嚇怕而放棄🤷♀️,這次撘凌晨機來東京,放低行李就來。來到剛是10am(開舖時間), 已經大概有10人在外面等著👬👭👫👭👬店員先出來派餐牌和預先點菜,加強效率👍進店了,枱面有濃縮茉莉茶可讓食客混進清水喝,減少油膩。我很餓,點了「特丸麪本トロ」,男朋友有吃飛機餐所以不算太餓點了比較平份量少一點的「げんこつ麪」。我比較喜歡後者,湯底像我們喝慣香港某湯水品牌的豬骨湯。叉燒很厚但不肥,但我嫌過咸,因為湯底已經夠咸。但我嗜辣🌶️,落了幾顆枱面的辣醃菜🌶️,再貪玩地加了需要自己壓出來的蒜頭(見圖),很好味(邊打字邊回味著)若你喜愛粗身偏硬的拉麵,我推無敵🏠。

肉玉麵 (3塊叉燒🥩 1隻糖心蛋🥚 1塊紫菜)Tyasyu 麵 (6塊叉燒🥩)🥘 豬骨湯底濃郁鮮甜,用了16小時熬製,飲左半碗 💁🏻♀️🥩 肉厚,但較普通,近皮有脂肪既地方好吃,但瘦肉既地方太鞋亦唔夠淋,Tyasyu 麵真係太多肉,我地兩碗都有食淨 🙇🏻♀️🍜 麵偏粗,麵質剛剛好 (麵可以選擇份量,不用加錢) 🙆🏻♀️枱上還有蒜頭、魚粉、辣味醃菜等調味料 🍶 好辣既朋友可以邊吃邊加醃菜,味道很讚 👍🏻枱面仲有自助凍水同濃縮茉莉花茶 🍵排隊既時候職員已經會落定單,所以入到去好快有得食 😁💥攻略💥 唔想排長龍既朋友可以好似我地咁夜啲去,我地凌晨2點去到等左5-10分鐘就可以入座 😂
