好多人黎日本, 基本上都係係咁日本料理, 當我行過美登利同つな八, 日日都見到一堆遊客排到開晒行,日本料理固然係好好味, 但其實黎日本食法國菜都係一個好好架選擇。好多人都會問:其實係日本食法國菜係相當之多元化, 有dinning bar形式有fine dinning, 價錢高中下價都有, 反觀之於香港, 供應就比較單一, 如果真係想食得好D, 就只可以去amber, caprice, 但如果想食得平少少, 就已經要去到DELIFRANCE。香港作為美食天堂, 在云云眾多餐廳中就缺乏左一些中價的法國菜。我諗好多人都會心血來潮想食法國菜, 但難道普通打工仔如我可以餐餐Caprice 嗎?相反係日本就可以完全滿足到我, 在東京很多法國餐都供應二千到四千yen的午餐, 在一些兵家必爭之地就更加guarantee到質素, 在不用花大錢的前提之下可以好好享受到一頓豐富嫁法國菜, 豈不能係旅日之時品嘗下呢?說到東京法國菜兵家必爭之地, 就有之稱(當然不是我改的)的神楽坂, 一條斜坡上樹立著無數的法國料理小店, 橫街窄巷之中潛伏著計之不盡的卧虎藏龍。其中一間很有名的就是Lugdunum Bouchon Lyonnais, 老闆是里昂人, 餐廳供應著他家鄉的傳統菜式, 整棟樓高兩層, 內裡無論係餐具, 室內佈置都相當忠實地呈現里昂的風味。這間餐廳我光顧了好幾次, 每次也沒有令我失望, 它相當極具人氣,星期六日中午如果沒有預先訂座,恐怕大概只能隔普玻璃輕嘆。以下是混合了幾次的造訪:リヨン風サラダLyon style salad served with a cake of pig’s ears我高度推薦依個前菜, 流心的溫泉蛋配著香口的豬耳和趣卜卜的多士, 下面還有沙律墊底, 成個配拾既唔會太寡又唔會太油膩, 十分醒胃。リヨン風クネル モリセットゥおばあさんスタイル ナンチュアソースラム酒風味のババThe traditionnal Baba cake, rum flavor另外這個ババ也是一絕, 把舖滿糖漿的蛋糕中間切開, 倒入香醇的冧酒,一更不起蛋糕同雲呢那雪糕放入嘴裡, 冰火交溶,冧酒的辛辣同雪糕的香甜再加上鬆軟的蛋糕, 各種滋味聚埋一齊, 豈不過癮!整體而言, 依間餐廳的料理相當有質素, 而菜式亦不是香港經常可以食到, 是遊日時不失為一個好選擇。Please visit my page for more details on restaurants in Tokyo.https://www.facebook.com/#!/FoodieAtTokyo?fref=ts continue reading
