During the lunch break of our program, my colleague and I visited this resto just below the office for lunch. .I ordered Spaghetti alle Vongole, which comprised spaghetti alla chitarra, clams, chilli and garlic. The spaghetti had an al dente texture and emitted a fragrant aroma of garlic. It had a slightly spicy kick, and the clams were fresh and flavourful. My colleague ordered Pranzo Da Lina, a set meal which included an antipasto, a pasta dish, a side, a drink and dessert. For side, she chose Focaccia al Rosmarino, Olio d' Aliva, which was rosemary focaccia served with olive oil. The rosemary infused a delightful fragrance into the bread. For antipasto, she selected Cozze alla Marinara, which featured mussels, tomato, basil and toasted focaccia. The mussels were quite substantial and paired subtly with the crispy focaccia. For pasta, she chose Spaghetti alla Pescatora, which included spaghetti alla chitarra, mussels, squid, tomato and chilli. The combination of tomato and mussels was particularly pleasing. The set concluded with dessert, which was ice cream on that day. It was a pity that I forgot to take pic of it..The resto is an offshoot of the London Italian resto Lina Stores. With a pastel green and white colour theme, the Italian resto exudes elegance and exquisiteness.
