肥肥家族與法國餐廳「L'Osier」於2016年結緣,全因當時日籍靚女師姐推介為其願望餐廳之一,家人親嚐過星級午餐後亦迅即愛上!闊別兩年,原班人馬重返東京過聖誕節,大家都異口同聲地話要返去名店試埋個晚餐,Boxing Day真的可如願以償,饞嘴肥肚最幸福!節日嘅燈飾點綴下,西餐廳如酒店般壯麗嘅門面更顯有氣派,大門由身穿制服嘅靚仔哥哥把守,貴客必需按照服裝限制打扮絕對有理。請留意,規定說明身穿牛仔褲、短褲或波鞋者均不得內進,男仕們定必穿上西裝。門前嘅燈箱內展出日英對照嘅餐牌。步進大堂,即見中央掛於半空嘅大吊燈跨往下層,延伸至一棵肥嘟嘟嘅聖誕樹。店內簡單擺出聖誕擺設及藝術品,大方典雅且極具佳節氣氛。通往下層可選搭升降機,或行落螺旋梯。樓底高高嘅用餐層光線較為充裕,間隔開揚得黎每枱仍有好多私人空間,厚墊梳化及椅櫈寬闊舒適,閃爍耀眼嘅擺設唔會過多。連洗手間都一樣可用金碧輝煌黎形容,絕對唔講得笑!九人被安排入座兩張圓枱。官仔骨骨嘅服務生謙遜體貼,除咗言談間之外,每個動作都能反映出對用餐禮儀嘅講究及尊重。送上每道菜時,經理哥哥都會詳盡講解菜式嘅食材及烹調方法,而且有問必答,態度極之誠懇。最令人印象

Roasted Duck from "Challans" - Roasted with Spices, Leg's "Confit" with Orange "Bigarade" Sauce, Turnip/Truffle, Caramelized Apple with Chinese Quince Vinegar & Green Cardamon Salmis Sauce:烤鴨主菜嘅醬汁同魚魚一樣係即場於食客面前斟上。兩件不同部位嘅烤鴨烹調方法及生熟度都有所不同,碟盤中央嘅鴨胸粉嫩紅潤,看似零脂肪嘅肉質軟腍且肉汁豐腴,傳出清幽嘅橙香迅即令精神為之一振;右上方嘅一小件油封鴨腿皮脆味濃,加配酸酸甜甜、腍中帶爽嘅焦糖蘋果一齊食落口即可減低膩感,簡單精妙!
