Introduction
Ginza Tatsuya has been a restaurant specializing in oyster dishes for 25 years. The concept has not changed. We strictly adhere to originality and aim to create extraordinary dishes that are not usually available. We purchase the highest quality live oysters and ingredients. However, recently, prices have risen and seafood and oysters have become very expensive. We are having a hard time and have had to raise prices.
