與家人同遊日本,XO仔每次都會盡量安排一餐星級法國菜,好等長輩享受一番!疫後第一擊先應姨媽閨密推介,一嚐二星代表「Édition Koji Shimomura」。顧名思義,店名中嘅「Koji Shimomura」就係身兼主廚及老闆兩角嘅下村浩司先生。位於六本木嘅西餐廳門面融滙成大廈內牆嘅一部份,設計時尚獨特,同室內嘅大小擺設一樣咁有藝術風格。用餐大堂光鮮開揚,樓底高高,空間感足,唯一週日入座率頂多五成,有啲不尋常嘅冷清感。根據網頁指示,多人用餐直接給餐廳發送電郵,眼見隔咗三個星期都未有回應就勞煩酒店幫忙;幸好出發前兩個半月前終成功訂座,並為九人選定八道菜「Découverte」探索料理(20,000円/位)。入座時,服務生即示意餐桌上備有酒精搓手液供大家消毒,明顯對疫情仍未鬆懈。每位席上都擺有自用嘅西式餐具及圓形水松墊。飲品餐牌主要有兩頁,當中有非酒精項目、配酒套餐、侍酒師推薦嘅原樽酒品及杯裝餐酒。為慶祝復活節,姨媽們決定從厚本酒牌點選佳釀!有一點非常奇怪,點酒後,面無笑容嘅侍酒師開香檳前同點酒者確認完酒名,就迅即直接喺出面平均斟咗八杯(一人事先講明唔飲酒),不單冇俾客人呷一口睇吓酒酒
