Hitachiwagyu Beef is mainly enjoyed as grilled meat and I was intrigued by this restaurant using Hitachiwagyu Beef as the patty. They also offered a beer tasting set so you can try their different craft beer.All 3 beer was good without being too bitter. My favorite is the middle one Lager, which was most fragrant.As you can see, the burger only had the patty with the salad on the side. The burger buns were grilled just right but the star was of course the patty. It was really thick and the juice from the patty was exploding with each bite, which explains why no sauce or other toppings are needed for the burger.
