天ぷら 船橋屋 本店📌3 Chome-28-14 Shinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0022日本朋友介紹,如果去新宿,這間一定不要錯過。於是在網上先搜尋資料🗂️,這是一家自明治時代🎎(1898年)就開始營業的老店;是一家以天婦羅聞名的飯店。今天正好在新宿區,於是在沒有訂位的情況之下,一於去試試運氣,可能時間尚早,我不需要排隊直接入座。一進門的時候接待人員詢問要坐一樓的現炸現吃區(坐在廚師🧑🏻‍🍳的前面),或是二樓用餐,我們選擇了二樓。二樓的用餐方式是由師傅統一在開放式廚房炸,然後再由服務人員送上桌+擺盤🍱。我們都點選了同一款套餐“花”~這款天婦羅套餐包括有蝦🍤兩隻、墨魚🐙一塊、小魚一條、南瓜、茄子🍆 青椒🫑各一件及雜菜餅;配米飯、味噌湯、醃菜。點餐後約10分鐘,現炸的天婦羅就送到。天婦羅的粉團厚薄適中,但材料不夠新鮮;先講炸蝦🍤,蝦肉死實,沒有蝦的鮮甜,吃下去是外不夠脆內仍有點濕,似乎未炸透的感覺;之後吃青椒🫑和茄子🍆,明顯吃到油不夠新鮮(可能是千年油);雜菜餅一咬下去的感覺是很油膩。這一餐我感到很失望😔,這百年老店有點名過於實。#東京 #新宿 #天婦羅 #名過於實 continue reading
