姨姨想食壽司,所以晚飯就喺Tabelog揀咗間區內比較高分嘅「すし処 錦」(Sushidokoro Nishiki)。兩層高嘅壽司屋以木為主嘅裝潢和風味濃。由於姨丈經酒店訂位時冇講明要坐壽司吧,四人用餐被安排行上樓上要除鞋嘅榻榻米廂房。眼見長輩們有啲辛苦,溫婉嘅服務生即嘗試幫忙轉落樓下坐,無奈真係唔夠吧位。埋位每人先有熱毛巾一條。酒鬼們第一時間當然係叫酒酒飲啦!點好壽司,姐姐仔先送上前菜拼盤,每人一客,因為小肥冇得埋單,所以唔知收費詳情。拼盤右下角嘅枝豆十分清脆,左下方嘅刺身沙律則清新爽潤、酸甜醒胃,唯獨上面嘅汁煮魚唔係咁啱細佬口味。とろ刺身(5,550円/客):靚靚媽咪食唔到咁多飯,所以叫咗客拖羅刺身。如相所示,厚切嘅刺身色澤瘀紅暗黑,吞拿魚毫不粉嫩,含脂肪量明顯極低,好自然地唔溶喺口,加上鮮味欠奉,完全唔合格囉!とろ寿司(650円/件):始終家人鍾情拖羅,落單時姨姨仲話每人起碼食兩件先,唔好嘥時間等第二輪,點知大家最期待嘅拖羅壽司暗淡無光,即使比刺身油潤入口仍然唔夠軟滑同鮮濃,結果梗係冇再追加啦!海胆寿司:海膽壽司嘅飯飯就夠肥潤飽滿,可惜海膽只係質感幼嫩,敗筆在當中散發出嘅腥餲味。生鮭寿司:是日精選嘅三文魚爽厚柔潤,係多件壽司中最肥美嘅一款。蛤寿司、天然平目寿司:頭輪魚生認真麻麻,第二輪就請妹妹仔介紹多兩款,俾多次機會壽司店。相中白色嘅天然平目魚壽司清淡帶韌,反而上方嘅花蛤壽司更為爽脆鮮濃,但都不足以令四人再加點食物或酒酒。難波壽司專門店「すし処 錦」環境企理衛生,服務生友善客套,唯一魚生款色及質量不甚討好,價格唔算特別便宜,家人都話早知食迴轉壽司好過。 continue reading
