Introduction
The homemade sesame sauce, created just to make the shabu-shabu delicious, is a masterpiece that is kept secret. Carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef and domestic pork are thinly sliced and served after an order is placed. If you shabu-shabu two or three times in a hot pot, the sauce will mix well with the meat and create an exquisite taste. One of our specialties is the "Hitori Nabe" where each person can enjoy a separate hot pot. ◇To prevent infectious diseases, we have installed alcohol disinfectants, installed acrylic counter seats, and disinfected menus with alcohol.
