Introduction

Ingredients used include sheep from Sakai of the Whole Sheep Research Institute, rare shorthorn beef such as Maezawa and Yonezawa beef, cheese from the award-winning Cheese Studio Sen, and grass-fed butter from Nakahora Farm. We offer only the finest products produced in Japan. In addition, the dishes made by Japanese potters, calligraphy by Mariko Kinoshita, and Japanese paper artwork by Wataru Hatano further enhance Konishi's "southern French x Japanese essence" cuisine.
