在京都提起然花抄院的半熟雞蛋糕,十人中大概也有七人知曉。可能是因經媒體多次報導,然花抄院的名字已為人熟悉,甚至在東京也開了分店。這次來京都,亦特地安排了要來吃下午茶,一睹其半熟雞蛋糕的魅力。 甫進大門左邊是手信店,右邊是茶房。來到之時茶房剛好滿座,我們便逛了一會手信店候位。 茶房座位不多,幸運地坐到靠窗朝著庭園的位置。 坐下才知道蛋糕是一定要跟餐點的,半熟雞蛋糕也不能點一整個堂吃。我們四人便選了四款蛋糕及飲品,要了四份¥1000的套餐。 聖花冠 抹茶。聖花冠是它們常有的一款甜點,但抹茶口味的卻是期間限定的。抹茶蛋糕中注入抹茶吉士,蛋糕和吉士抹茶味皆很不錯,蛋糕軟度恰好。即使這裡不是主賣抹茶,這也算是很不俗的一款抹茶甜點。「然」かすてら。名物 半熟雞蛋糕蛋味香,蜜糖甘甜,蛋糕濕潤綿軟,的確很可口。但說到叫人夢繫魂牽,還是去年暑假在東京吃到的Hana Syumpoo出品。 保留帝渡。蛋糕皮卷著了雞蛋糕和紅豆蓉,咬下去比看上去鬆軟有層次,不錯。「室町」花素庭等,就是最普通的雞蛋糕,表面是罌粟籽,底下鋪了一層大徳寺納豆,蛋糕中還加入了山芋。但吃下卻不覺得有什麼特別,而且底下的納豆帶酸,我們都不是太喜歡。 整體來說甜點都挺有特色,但沒有必要坐到茶房裡堂吃。畢竟旅行途中有那麼多要吃的,¥1000一份甜點餐也不便宜,建議大家在手信店那邊買回酒店吃或回家吃好了。 continue reading
