Introduction
創業超過150年，至今仍然堅持用同一種豆腐製作工法。憑藉美味的即點即炸豆腐製品，令食客絡繹不絕，當中亦有不少客人選購能外帶的盒裝白豆腐送禮或自用。最受食客喜愛的小吃名為「飛龍頭」，由百合根、山藥、銀杏、牛蒡及豆腐等材料製作，豆香濃郁，吃時可以淋上特製醬油調味。
