Nishijin Hatsuki Kuten Hakata is located on the 10th floor of JR Hakata City. You can enjoy domestic Japanese beef, such as "Marbled Black Wagyu Beef" and "Specially Selected Imari Beef", which are carefully selected by a meat specialty store. 在OpenRice預訂的這間西新初喜在博多車站上位置十分方便。當第一眼去到見到店外的環境優雅。上前確認訂位時，店員的態度令我非常安心。他們安排我們一個舒適的卡位。經他們簡單的介紹後，我在平板電腦上點了兩個套餐。因有中文字的選擇，方便明白。等了片刻，我叫的套餐經已到了。套餐的擺設豪華美麗，令人食指大動！當第一口品嚐，前菜凍牛肉時，為之一振！重重的牛肉味，在口內徘徊。之後服務員小姐，為我們擺放蔬菜在鍋中，手法專業熟練擺設精緻。當輕輕將牛肉燙熟，牛肉質感入口即溶感覺令人驚艷！油脂在口內四散，真是齒頰留香。令人回味的一道壽喜燒，下次有機會一定要再試。 continue reading

預約：經openrice即可預約日本餐廳，向店員展示預約即可，十分方便。環境：有預約，兩人亦獲安排坐廂房，有私隱亦可慢慢享受；無預約亦可坐外面卡位。點菜：平板點菜，有中文，無語言陣礙。食物：對得住個價錢，份量稍嫌較少，男士可能唔夠飽；另必須一人點一個餐。服務：侍應懂簡單英文，溝通無難度，有禮貌。建議：事先訂位！事先訂位！很多人排隊等，訂位可直入。不足：雖然現場有點嘈吵，但未至於影響傾計。找數：可用現金，亦收信用卡/debit card，十分方便。 continue reading

位於一番街樓上的Amu Plaza，博多站一出就到。用OpenRice訂座唔洗等，入埋promo code TRAVEL出席一次就有Rice dollar $30。餐廳環境好舒適，座位亦好寛闊，卡位坐6人都唔需要貼住坐。雖然有不少港人，但也有不少本地人在內，一枱接一枱好受歡迎。壽喜燒和牛套餐分兩級，Special肉質細嫩滑，油花分佈平均，入口即溶。Premium grade 亦不差，已經算是香港少有的質素。兩級價錢只差1500yen，二人用可以兩級各叫一套。套餐配的蔬菜好新鮮，款式亦好足夠。烏東吸收了和牛湯底的精華，超級好食！ continue reading
