在JR太空世界站的北九州outlet，美食廣場裡的餐廳，還以為美食廣場裡的餐廳應該都是一般的，沒什麼特別，但這漢堡扒不錯。價格不貴的漢堡扒，點餐後師傅馬上搓漢堡扒，真意外，還以為漢堡扒全是預先準備好的。之後師傅會馬上拿去燒，只是燒燒表面，裡面還是生的啊。只點了最便宜那款，點最大的份量300g，連稅¥2728。雖然是最便宜的那款牛，但都已經很好吃了，肉味濃，肉不會很鬆散。自己一點點分出來，放上熱鐵燒，生熟程度自己控制。取餐處有醬汁，可以選兩款自己倒在碟中。 continue reading
