需要在店外自助售賣機自己購票，再進店給服務員。十幾年都保持水準，湯底清清地，好多菜，味道很好。桌上有調味架，可以添加店裡自家製的韭菜，味道咸咸辣辣，都很惹味。好好。讚！ continue reading

香港拉麵風大行其道，一場來到，無論如何也要吃一碗吧！拉麵店大多是在店外的售票機先購票不懂說日語也不怕啦，然後師傅便開始制作。不消一會熱呼呼的拉麵便送到我面前了！我點的是玉子叉燒拉麵，湯底呈淡自黃白色，喝一口湯，豬骨味濃，而且麵條彈牙，半熟蛋難雖然不及溏心蛋吸引，但也很不錯了，怪不得拉麵在日本街頭隨處可見，當然有其道理！最好的不像香港，要等待一，兩小時才能吃碗麵嘛 continue reading
