每次黎日本都食一次，今次都唔例外。依間算係多位 ，全店有成61個位，但今次排左差唔多45分鐘。因為都係好多遊客黎朝聖。都係叫反一蘭拉麵，加左個半替玉，再試埋個炒豚肉。水準保持，但炒豚肉一般般

🥣 湯底係香滑濃郁豬骨湯，口味同油膩度都揀左light (朋友揀左rich，層油超級厚🙅🏻‍♀️)，飲哂有驚喜 💁🏻‍♀️🍜 麵係我最鍾意既幼麵，揀左普通硬度，軟硬適中，份量啱哂女士，男士就應該要加麵 🙆🏻‍♀️🥩 叉燒好味，厚度啱啱好，唔會太鞋太肥 🙋🏻‍♀️🍽 我另外揀左白蔥同4倍辣💥 我覺得一蘭係好味既，不過本人就覺得唔值等成45分鐘，尤其係日本有咁多好野食，同埋日本既一蘭同香港既一蘭差別不大 🙇🏻‍♀️

I went here in the afternoon around 2:30 and still waited 30 min before going in. When you reach the stop of the staircase, the wait to get to the booth should be around 30min.
