Japan is known for having the most Michelin Star restaurants in the world, and in the 2016 Tokyo Edition, 13 restaurants were awarded 3 stars. Kohaku Restaurant

Kohaku is a Japanese cuisine restaurant, and a sister store to 3-star awarded 'Ishikawa'. Not bound by the rules of Japanese cuisinne, Kohaku incorporates a variety of techniques and ingredients from other genres of cuisine in search for the best of Japanese foods.
Sukiyabashi Jiro Restaurant

Located in Ginza, Sukiyabashi Jiro maintains the traditional Edo-style sushi house with a simple interior design. The only menu served is the omakase tasting course, at 30,000JPY with approximately 20 pieces of sushi. Each sushi is delicate and beautiful, but at the same time you will feel power from the chef's craftmanship and spirit.
Yamadaya Restaurant
