地方位置方便，距離市中心不遠，步行便可去到 ,食物質素很好，服務也很好， 能夠食煙飲酒的地方不多，這是一個非常好的選擇，海外能夠訂位的餐廳選擇不多這個可以推介。 最好自備翻譯的東西，他們只懂日語，溝通上可能會有問題，但餐飲方面應該問題不大。

第三天在青森市上十和田湖，這邊餐廳三點後全面關門，幸好二點前到達，仍有午餐提供！📍位置：在巴士🚌總站的二樓，非常方便易找。🏠環境：一樓樓梯展示了食物擺設，上到二樓的空間頗大，右邊是落地玻璃窗的木桌椅，窗邊可以看到十和田湖畔的紅葉，超靚！左邊是榻榻米區，中庭有茶水自助區，提供熱水或熱綠茶。🤵🏻服務：自助下單，先行到門口的櫃枱付款，後上菜，不收取加一。🍽️午市：提供多款定食、親子丼和麵食，價錢約JPY1000～1500。十和田🐷豬肉燒定食🍱 JPY1300定食有簡單的醬菜、​​沙律🥗、味增湯🥣配搭，主食雖然是簡單的🧅洋蔥炒豬肉🐽，不過豬肉的口感跟醬汁很搭配，配上粒粒白飯真的是一口接一口停不下來🤤，質素意想不到那麼高質🤩。🍳滑蛋炸🐷豬排丼 JPY1300🐷豬排很酥香肉嫩，🥚雞蛋味道濃郁，醬汁滲透到白飯🍚裡面，也是停不下來的味道😋。

Back to 1980’s, this restaurant was founded as one of brand-new restaurant in Sendai with Mediterranean cuisine and house made curry, which owner chef has devoted himself more than 50 years. What distinguished here is the food quality is almost the same for decades, or getting much sophisticated beyond the time difference. Not only typical Japanese food for travelers, it is our privilege to enjoy the restaurant such as this restaurant which provides quite good food and beverage including huge collection of wine from world wide, while very nice outlet to taste Sendai Beef in affordable price. As my personal recommendations, marinated ox tongue is almost perfect as an appetizer, and curry variation is quite unique, especially beef curry with vegetables is my favorite for all the time. In addition, beverage selection is in satisfactory for dinner time with both wine and hard liquor, which makes you appetized and enjoy your food order.

As an upper segment of sushikan group, Sushimasa provides high quality materials and hospitality worth visiting for personal use and even small group. So many prefixed menu must be very useful for international guests and become good experience of authentic sushi restaurant.

With direct distribution from local market, Sushikan provides very fresh seafoods as sushi materials with very affordable price.

Heard as an annex of Kokorozukushi Inase, could find that this restaurant provides very typical simple Japanese food with very affordable price. To be compared with chain restaurants, you can find your favorites with very local materials.

So many diversities of food culture can be enjoyable among Tohoku district, but difficult to enjoy all during short trip even in Sendai, where is its gateway city. Akifuji provides very original materials and local food from Akita, with superb Japanese Sake from the region, which is perfectly different from those from Sendai or Miyagi region. From my very personal point of views, Akita has unique history about its culture, and the taste is much similar to that of Kyoto to compare with those of other regions in Tohoku. Once you visit Akifuji, you must be big fan about Akita products.
