2019 京阪紅葉行，想試一下在日本吃正式西餐，來到大阪洲際的Pierre，二十樓的景觀不錯，服務有禮但比較拘謹，部分待應英語水平接近溝通不來😅。點了最基本的 dinner set (¥12000)，居然也有九個 course，實在超值。食物有濃厚的日本feel，有以豆腐，鰻魚做材料，竟然也有醬油做醬汁，每道菜都細緻和包含很多元素，雖則食材不算名貴，整體味道很好，擺盆精緻漂亮，也點了 wine pairing (¥8000)，品酒師恰當的建議，盡興和美妙的旅遊美食體驗🤗
