Introduction

2015年已於香港中環開設分店的【柏屋】，大阪店與市中心有一段距離，建築風格樸實無華，作風低調。柏屋秉持懷石料理「不時不吃」的精神，由前菜、主食至甜品，用料均相當講究且配搭巧妙，加上擺盤裝飾極精緻且會配合時令食材，難怪吸引無數食家專誠到訪。
