一人之旅第二日,去了食日法菜,呢間店係福島站附近,都幾隔攝~餐廳一邊是open kitchen,有一名大廚加三個副手工作,另一邊是大概16 個座位,個格局令我諗起木村套「摘星廚神」😂當日menu 有9道菜,每道菜式都美到像藝術品😍前菜🌟Turnip and beer potage🌟Smoked Oyster with Fresh Cheese 👍🏻👍🏻🌟Boiled Octopus with Celery root and Jasmine flavor 👍🏻✍️Smoked oyster 非常打卡able , 個蠔有燶燶的木薰味😍👍🏻🌟 jasmine tea jelly 入面的八爪魚亦十分嫩滑,酸酸甜甜幾開胃。主菜❤️Sauteed Chapon and Leek with Fricassee sauce👍🏻❤️Steamed Anglerfish with White wine sauce Crown daisy flaver❤️Herb grilled Lamb selle with Seasonal Mushrooms👍🏻👍🏻✍️個雞卷卷到成朵花咁,好靚,但隔離個雞,雞皮煎到脆脆,配上蘑

✍️個雞卷卷到成朵花咁,好靚,但隔離個雞,雞皮煎到脆脆,配上蘑菇醬,好食😋 羊係主菜MVP 🌟個層薄薄寶雲酥配上唔騷嘅羊肉,菇亦都煎得好香😍

🍬Compote Apple and Lemon sherbet

🍬Amazon Cacao Marshmallow

麵包🥯 served with hand made butter, smoked butter 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻and yuzi ginger butter

✍️Smoked butter 真的不得了,(最尾張圖灰色個舊)個木香味😍👍🏻我encore 了一轉個smoked butter❤️

雖然黎日本食法國菜好似有啲格格不入,但其實係日本食日法菜性價比很高,當日一餐午餐約11000 yen, 係香港同類型餐廳既一半有多呢!
